Fuse Boxes

Our fuse box line is really centered around the "Short Circuit" or animated exploding box.  Check out the video at right to see it in action.  When triggered, the "fuses" in the box pop loudly and flash bright blue light simulating a short circuit.  This is a great startle effect and can go almost anywhere.

The static versions of the boxes are a great accent to "Short Circuit" or use them by themselves to just add some detail to a scene that's lacking.  There are two versions available:  one with a handle attached and one without.

Short Circuit price includes pre-programmed control hardware, 6in. by 23in. mat switch trigger, and all necessary electrical connections.  Requires 110VAC electrical.

Solid State Video Players

Foam Meat Hooks

Our meat hooks are molded off an authentic hook used in a butcher shop for decades.  It's hard to beat that realism!  These hooks are made from a dense, yet soft foam and reinforced with wire to provide stability.  They appear to hang from  the large chain provided, but actually hang from a thin section of wire rope embedded into the foam.  These are great for hanging in a freezer or butcher scene for your patrons to push through.  They come with a six foot length of chain and wire for hanging and are detailed with Perma-Blood for a nice finishing touch.

Foam Replica Tools

FX Glass

FX Glass is a great scenic addition to any haunt.  This soft silicone rubber compound looks and breaks just like real glass but with none of the danger.  You really have to see it to believe how real it looks!  Spread it around a scene where windows are broken out.  Use it in make-up applications.  You can even make a bed of the glass and have actors fall or be thrown into it.  The possibilities are virtually endless.

The glass is sold in either 12 or 24 pound boxes and comes in pieces roughly 1 inch by 1 inch.  You can break the pieces into smaller shards of glass to meet your specific needs or, if you would like larger pieces, simply let us know and we can accommodate that too.  Try FX Glass out for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

Damaged Light Emulator

The Damaged Light Emulator (DLE) is a lighting controller made to mimic the effect of damaged lighting.  The unit has four electrical outlets each of which follow a unique flicker pattern.  This means you can plug four different lights into the unit and each will flicker in a totally different way than the other three.  The effect is great and will add a special touch to any haunt.

The DLE may cause light bulbs to burn out prematurely.  We recommend the use of regular incandescent bulbs with this product to achieve the longest life possible.

Cold Fogger - $175

The Cold Fogger is everything you ever wanted from a fog machine and could never have.  To begin with, it runs on mere tap water with no additives what so ever so there's never any fog fluid to constantly replace.  In addition, it produces a cold, dry ice like fog in seconds that hugs the floor or surface of your water source and if placed in a container like an oil drum the fog will spill over the sides and cascade to the floor.  The effect is amazing and really must be seen to be believed.  Try getting the same effect from a fog machine and you'll have to purchase a messy fog chiller.  Our Cold Fogger comes with the fog unit itself, a floating ring that keeps the fogger at just the right height in any amount of water, a 30 foot cord, and an outdoor transformer that plugs directly into a standard 110VAC outlet.  The fogger will shut itself off if it ever gets dry so there is no danger of burning it up.  Ceramic discs inside the fogger produce the fog and will last an average of 3000 hours.  When they finally fail, simply replace them using one of the disc kits found below.  Disc kits include five replacement discs and all necessary tools.  Get the great effect of dry ice fog without the hassle.

Gimmicked Weapons

Add that special touch of gore to any haunted house scene with one of our gimmicked weapons.  We take a real metal weapon and machine away a section of the blade allowing it to fit over an actors arm, leg, neck, etc. giving the illusion that the blade is buried deep in the poor victims flesh.  We also add our Perma-Blood paint to the blade to give the effect some added realism.  The blades are all filed smooth and dull, but made to appear sharp so they always look dangerous even though they aren't.  Each of the weapons is unique and will vary slightly in appearance as we gather them from second-hand shops as we can find them.
