Perma-Blood pours out wet and dries wet. I can't tell you the number of people who asked me, a week after it was put on, "is this still wet?" It is absolutley the best product on the market to achieve the bloody effect that a haunter is going for.

Not only does this blood get the job done, but having a blast using it too! Color, Texture, Shine after drying, dry time, handling, ya it's all awesome! And a little goes a long way so the value is also great. Couldn't be more pleased :)
