Perma-Blood is the best and most trusted permanent blood paint on the market.  It's been used by numerous film and television productions and by nearly every major haunted attraction and amusement park Halloween event worldwide!

Some blood paints dry pink or brown or don't dry at all.  Some blood paints have little to no sheen and run or fade when exposed to water or sunlight.  Some blood paints dry hard and brittle and crack when applied to flexible surfaces.  Not Perma-Blood!  Perma-Blood dries rich translucent red, glossy, flexible, water proof, and UV resistant.  Use it on props, sets, masks, and costumes for a permanent blood effect that is second to none!  If you're looking for the best blood paint money can buy, you're looking for Perma-Blood.

Perma-Blood has no shelf life that we are aware of and does not require climate controlled storage.  Perma-Blood can be thinned with water and will not stain skin, although we recommend wearing gloves when applying it.  Any of our Perma-Products can be mixed to create custom colors and textures.  Always shake well before using as the pigment may settle over time.

    Disapointing.

It turns out this product is NOT waterproof when applied to metal. I work in a haunt as Jason Voorhees and I decided to buy some Perma-Blood to apply to my machete. Part of our haunt is outside and sometimes it's raining. After going outside in the rain a few times, I noticed that the Perma-Blood was starting to drip off my machete. For obvious reasons, we can't have that getting on the customers, staining their clothing, so I had to stop going outside. After the Perma-Blood re-dried, it had a cloudy white appearance, completely ruining the look. I'm going to have to go back to an oil base paint, which doesn't look as real, but is actually waterproof. Would have been nice to know this before I shelled out the dough.

We have been working on fixing this issue and would be glad to send you a new bottle as soon as we complete testing! Thank you for using our product and we do appreciate your feedback. Testing should be complete this week.

Best blood paint on the market!

I bought perma blood to try on some prop replicas I was making. I have to say that I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! When the paint dries it looks like fresh wet blood. To turn up the gore factor just add some coffee grounds to the paint. You wont regret purchasing Perma Blood.

Wet blood look, but dry to the touch!

Posted by Ray Keisler on 3rd Nov 2016

I have been searching for a long time, for a realistic looking "fake blood" that would look fresh and wet, even after it had dried, and I finally found it!! Perma blood does it ALL!! I now can have that "fresh killed or cut" look, but with NO mess to my hands or clothing/costume after this product dries. Although, this product is a little on the pricy side, it is well worth every penny!!

    high gloss perma blood

Posted by Unknown on 18th Oct 2016

I bought other fake blood in the past.. but especially on wood signs and such. Pema blood blows everyone else out of the water. Dries in a high shiney gloss. Looks so real. 2

    Sooooo Real!!

Posted by Kathy on 13th Oct 2016

Just used this paint today. I am doing a haunted house and we have the local high school theater group working with us. Today, we painted foam insulation "intestines" in the wood shop. The remarks from students and teachers alike was amazing! The paint looks so real! It is perfect. I had planned to do painted accents in the indentations, but I don't need to. The paint looks like real clotted blood in those spots! I will use this product again. In fact, I may be ordering more soon! Thank you!

    Not Impressed

Posted by Vickery on 11th Oct 2016

Debated for awhile on what to use in the haunted house and on costumes to give a perfect blood look. Came across this product and it looked to good to pass up, so we purchased some. We applied it to a costume a week before opening day of a haunted house we work in so it would be dry in enough time. Looked awesome and so authentic! However, about 2 hours into the haunt, of course you're going to sweat some and the costume that had the perma blood on it started to turn orange and fade all over the shirt. The costume looked so bad from it that we discontinued using it. The "blood stains" weren't red anymore and where it faded down the shirt, was orange rust looking. Not real happy with the outcome of the product. We order our mask from Distortions for our haunts and have applied the permanent blood to some of them. Masks aren't cheap so I'm hoping they don't get messed up after using them, with the product.
